It’s been some time since my last post and I,m going to do my best to get all caught up. I’m currently posting from my blackberry that Dax gave to me, since he purchased a new white pearl. I love this phone! I’m having trouble going back through the paragraphs to get to a particular word, but I’m sure there is away to do it.

Ok, enough of my rambling. Dax and I recently went to see Captured by Robots. Awesome show! J-bot is very energetic and extremely talented. The show is hard to explain, it’s something that you really have too see for yourself.

I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago. Dax and I were riding our bikes and a big horse fly tried to get me. Instead of letting him just bite me, I tried to waive him away, and ended up falling over. We were pretty far from home too. I almost fainted from the pain and shock. My foot and ankle has turned at least 3 shades of black, blue, and purple.

My grandmother became ill sometime last week. She went to see her doctor. The Doctor made nothing of it, and sent her off with some meds. My mom called me on Saturday morning to let me know that grandma was really sick. She wanted me to come over so that she could go home and freshen up. When I got there my grandmother expressed to me how bad she really felt. Early Sunday morning my dad called me to let me know that she was in the hospital, and it was real bad. Her liver and kidneys were failing. On top of that her heart had also started to have problems, and her lungs kept filling up with fluids. The doctors have been able to stabilize her for the past 2 days, so that’s a good sign. As soon as she becomes more stable they should be able to run some test to see what is causing her illness.

That’s all for now.

A couple of weeks went by, and then we had these 2 guys move in diagonal and downstairs from us. We noticed that they came and went all hours of the night, and they had some pretty shady looking people coming and going from their apartment. They later introduce themselves to Dax as being management for several strip clubs. Now the first problem that we started to have with them is that they leave their trash by the door for days. We

We also had problems with our neighbors in the building next to us also. There was a neighbor downstairs and one directly across from our apartment. One night the downstairs neighbor was out on his patio with a group of friends on a work night, having a good time. Around 2:00 AM we were under the impression that they were not aware that their voices were traveling into our bedroom. Dax asked them several times to please try and keep it down. They refused. Dax called the cops. The cop came out an hour later, and did nothing. He chatted with them for awhile and them came up to us and told us basically to deal with it because there is no such thing as a noise ordinance for people in apartments. I was extremely upset and expressed to him in so many words that; it was no wonder that the murder rate in was so high Jacksonville. People just don

Fast Forward to later. When we got back from Costa Rica our downstairs neighbor who runs several clubs told us that we had some sorority girls move in under us while we gone. He said that, they had been running around in the parking lot late at night spanking each other and having big party. Now we had to listen to their TV, stereo, doors slamming (which by the way shook are entire apartment), men screaming and yelling obscenities, along with them dealing drugs right outside our apartment, and playing beer pong all night long on their patio. We went to our manager many many times to complain. He assured us that he had spoken with them. After the beer pong incident that left their patio in blatant violation of the community rules, Dax had the manager, and assistant manager look at their patio to confirm we were not just trying to be a nuisance. They had cups and beer bottles everywhere along with a shopping cart they stole from Publix and a propane tank that was hooked up to their grill, that they were told several times to disconnect and store in a safe area. For once it seemed that the apartment manager agreed and maybe even empathized with us. He gave us the option to move out no penalties. In between all of this hoopla, our other neighbor in the building next to us directly across from our bedroom started to stay out on her patio as well yelling and partying it up with friends. Dax asked them to please keep it down, they told him to F*off. After missing a couple days of work Dax decided to board up our bedroom window. We also went as far as to buy ear plugs. When things didn

Two weeks had gone by and the manager still had not contacted me back. We were at our wits end with no sleep, peace or response from our apartments we decided to start looking for a new place. We searched for a couple of weeks and found a wonderful house for rent, we submitted our application, and deposit. We felt better about our situation, until I received a call from the rental agent telling me that there was a problem. The problem wasn
