Thanksgiving
Had a great thanksgiving with my family, nothing out of the ordinary happened just the usual great turkey and sides, lots and lots of sides!

With the help of an online friend, I finished causal mode for Gears of War. The new co-op mode online is a wonderful feature for the xbox360! I’m loving it! So far I have unlocked 10 out of 49 achievements.
In all, it was a great game and I really enjoyed playing it.
It really did not occur to me that the last time I had played Halo2 online was 10/12/06, and I had only played 3 games, and before that the last time I played was on, 12/10/05 under my old gamertag Lord IIcon. Here are my old levels and stats, now I have to work my way back up on my new gamertag to get to where I was before.
I really hate starting at the bottom again, but it’s probably a good thing because it looks like I need the practice.
So, I started playing Gears of War, this game has great graphics! So much so, that I often found myself staring at things in the game instead of actually playing the game. The game is difficult for someone like me, who is used to running out into the open and shooting. In Halo2 my highest number of kills is usually done by bone cracker or assassination. Duck in cover is a must in this game. I got extremely frustrated and need some quick gratification so I popped my Halo 2 in.
I pre-ordered Gears of Wars (GOW) last month. It was supposed to arrive at EB for pick up on yesterday, however I received a call saying that it that it would be delayed due to the mail. I went out to the EB game site to grab the phone number just to make sure it was coming today, and I noticed that they have a Halo 3 pre-order ad on their site! They have 3 different options to choose from; Regular, Collectors, and Legendary. Of course I asked Dax if, he would put a reserve down on the legendary pack when he picked up GOW for me.
So, when we left for Costa Rica the apartment under us was empty when we returned my mother told me that some people had moved in downstairs. Our neighbor then told us that we had some sorority sister move in and that they liked to party until 4:00 AM. OH Joy!
Here are some small items I picked up while I was in Costa Rica.
You could find these vases in every shop, with all types of different designs. I like this one the most and had to have it.
This is a cute hand made necklace charm. I was told that it was made from silver and wood. I picked this one up because, it reminded me of all of the iganunas.
Sand dollars were everywhere!
Just some cute shells that were abandoned by some sea snails.
