Well, thanks to Steve Job’s announcement on Wednesday September the 5th, 2007, I finally got an 8 GB iPhone, and it only took me 26 minutes to unlock it so I can use it for the internet and as an iPod, my contract with my current carrier won’t expire until the end of October and I don’t feel like paying the additional $200 to switch.

So, technically I have an iPod Touch for the next month.
I had been holding out till Steve Job’s announcement because I was hoping that they were going to come out with a 16 GB iPhone, but no such luck. I do admit that I believe this prediction.
